Welcome to Leximo Concierge (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Leximo Concierge platform, where users can create tasks that an AI-powered voice agent performs by making phone calls on their behalf (“Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Introduction
Leximo Concierge provides an online platform that automates outbound phone calls to third parties based on instructions submitted by the user. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Leximo Concierge. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.
2. Description of Service
Leximo Concierge enables users to:
- Create tasks such as booking appointments, requesting information, or completing simple phone-based actions.
- Allow our AI voice agent to call third parties using the instructions you provide.
- Access call summaries, task histories, and related information.
We may update or improve the Service at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, lawful instructions to the AI agent.
- Only submit tasks that comply with local laws, telecommunication regulations, and privacy standards.
- Not use the Service to impersonate others without consent.
- Ensure that the information you provide (names, phone numbers, instructions) does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all actions performed by the AI agent based on your submitted instructions.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Harass, threaten, or defraud any person or business.
- Engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Make calls for prohibited purposes, including but not limited to: spam, political campaigns, emergency services, or illegal transactions.
- Submit misleading information or requests involving confidential data without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.
5. Call Recording & Data Usage
Depending on your jurisdiction and system configuration, calls may be:
- Recorded for quality, debugging, or task accuracy verification, OR
- Transcribed automatically by AI processing.
You are responsible for ensuring that all parties involved in the call consent to being recorded, where required by local law. We store call-related data securely and process it only for delivering the Service.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Leximo Concierge operates on a subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.
You agree that:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Prices may change, and we will notify you in advance of any adjustments.
- Failure to process payment may result in account suspension.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No prorated refunds are issued unless required by applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leximo Concierge is not liable for:
- Errors made by the AI agent based on your instructions
- Any damages arising from phone calls made on your behalf
- Losses due to Service interruptions, delays, or data errors
- Third-party actions or failures to act upon information conveyed by the AI agent
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When changes are significant, we will notify you via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
