01 Acceptance of terms
Welcome to Leximo. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Leximo LTD ("Leximo", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your use of our websites, mobile applications, and services, including Leximo Speak, Leximo Calls, and Answerly (together, the "Services").
By creating an account, downloading an app, or otherwise accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
02 The services
Leximo builds voice-first AI products. Each product is offered subject to these Terms and any product-specific terms presented within it:
- Leximo Speak — an AI language-learning tutor offering lessons, conversational practice, and real-time feedback.
- Leximo Calls — a personal AI call agent that places outbound phone calls on your behalf and reports the results.
- Answerly — an AI receptionist that answers inbound calls for businesses and schedules appointments.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Some Services rely on third-party providers (for example, telephony, calendar, and payment processors), and your use of those features may be subject to the providers' own terms.
03 Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@leximo.ai if you suspect any unauthorized use.
04 Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Break any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- Place calls that are harassing, deceptive, fraudulent, or unsolicited in violation of telemarketing or anti-spam rules;
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation in a harmful or unlawful way;
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services;
- Use the Services to generate or distribute unlawful, hateful, or infringing content.
We may suspend or limit access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
05 Calls & consent
Leximo Calls and Answerly place and receive telephone calls using AI-generated voices. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any call you initiate, and any recording of a call, complies with the laws of all relevant jurisdictions — including consent and notification requirements.
You represent that you have the authority to instruct Leximo to contact the numbers you provide, and that doing so does not violate any law or the rights of the called party. You agree to indemnify Leximo against claims arising from calls made on your instruction.
06 Plans & billing
Certain Services are offered on free tiers, trials, or paid subscriptions. Paid plans renew automatically for the stated period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are charged through our payment processor in the currency displayed at checkout.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice. Free-trial allowances (such as introductory calls) are provided as described within each product and may be modified.
07 Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, models, designs, text, and branding, are owned by Leximo LTD or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.
You retain ownership of the content and instructions you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a licence to use Your Content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
08 Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI systems can make mistakes: outputs, transcriptions, translations, and call outcomes may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you should not rely on them as professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
09 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leximo LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10 Termination
You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Services becomes commercially or technically impractical. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
11 Changes & contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
