Leximo LTD ("Leximo", "we", "us") is the data controller for the personal information processed through our Services: Leximo Speak, Leximo Calls, and Answerly. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and transparently.

02 Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account details โ such as your name, email address, and password.
- Profile & preferences โ language goals in Leximo Speak, business hours and calendar settings in Answerly, and the instructions you give Leximo Calls.
- Payment information โ processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers.
- Communications โ messages you send to our support team.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data โ features used, lessons completed, and interactions with the Services.
- Device & log data โ IP address, device type, app version, and diagnostic logs.
03 Voice & call data
Because several of our Services involve phone calls and speech, we may process:
- Call content โ audio, transcripts, and summaries of calls placed or answered on your behalf;
- Call metadata โ phone numbers, timestamps, and call duration;
- Speech samples โ recordings you submit to Leximo Speak for pronunciation feedback.
We process this data to deliver the service you requested, to generate results and confirmations, and to maintain quality and security. Where the law requires consent or notification before a call is recorded, you are responsible for ensuring those requirements are met.

We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services and complete the tasks you request;
- Personalize lessons, voices, scheduling, and other features;
- Process payments and manage subscriptions;
- Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats;
